We do not use cookies for tracking and do not store IP addresses with analytics. We count page views and clicks as daily totals.

Active presence uses an expiring, strictly necessary session cookie and volatile connection state, cleared after inactivity. This counts browser sessions, not verified people. Challenge links can set a one-day attribution cookie. Public lineage links record slugs, never your email or private owner link.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status and amount; card details never reach our servers.

We store the email address you give before paying, only to send you private owner links. It is never shown publicly and never used for marketing. Owner sign-in uses one strictly necessary cookie, set only when you open your owner link.

Retention: if a checkout is not completed, we delete the email and the draft message within about 8 days (immediately if the payment page could not be opened). After a completed purchase we keep the email while you own the silence and for 90 days after your ownership ends, then delete it. Payment records stay with Stripe.

Messages and links you publish are public and stay in the permanent record of your ownership.

If you verify a domain or X account, we store the verified domain or handle so it can be shown on your record.
